After being denied service at the downtown location, I was sent to the West Bank location. The receptionist had great customer service she took care of us and was empathetic to our situation traveling long distance.
It has a lot of bad reviews but to be honest we saw and did not experience any bed bugs or cock roaches and it was clean. The beds I wish I had my memory foam topper for lol but they are decent and the staff was wonderful. So where as everyone else seems to have issues with this place i have none.
I liked this place because it was near the place I had to work there. So I just choose it But I believe you can find better places with the same price. Btw I had to pay for parking separately.
